    The Haven Preschool is owned and taught by RhaeAnna Haven (Ms.Rhae - pronounced "ray"). Ms.Rhae has known since the young age of 6 years old that she was meant to be a teacher. She is overjoyed to be fulfilling her dream!

    Ms.Rhae is an Early Childhood Teacher with a Waldorf Teacher Training Certificate through the West Coast Institute of Anthroposophy. Ms.Rhae also carries her BA in Human Development, with specialty in Early Childhood, through Antioch University. Ms.Rhae taught at Whatcom Hills Waldorf School for 5 years, before opening her own Waldorf-inspired in-home preschool program in 2022.  She is trained and certified in Red Cross CPR and First Aid, and background checked and fingerprinted through the State of Washington Department for Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF).  Ms.Rhae is a DCYF Childcare Director and Childcare Provider.

    Ms.Rhae has two young children of her own (an 8 year old and a 4 year old). In her spare time, Ms.Rhae enjoys exploring local trails and beaches, traveling to nearby islands, and crafting little treasures at home.
